1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STAGERLABS website, the Lead Leakage Scorecard, the workflow audit booking process, and any sprint or consulting engagement you reserve through this site.

2. Eligibility

Our services are designed for business owners, operators, and internal teams. You represent that you have authority to engage on behalf of the business you describe.

3. Scorecard & Lead Forms

The Lead Leakage Scorecard is a self-assessment tool. It is not professional legal, financial, or compliance advice. Results are meant to help you identify follow-up gaps, not to certify compliance or guarantee outcomes.

4. Sprint Reservations

Reserving a sprint requires payment. Unless otherwise stated, the reservation fee is non-refundable. If we cannot deliver the sprint within the agreed timeline, we will offer rescheduling or credit toward a future engagement. The "no lock-in" commitment refers to tool and platform independence — there is no required software subscription, platform dependency, or ongoing retainer obligation from completing a sprint.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, frameworks, scorecard methodologies, and control plane designs provided during a sprint remain the intellectual property of STAGERLABS. You receive a license to use deliverables for your internal business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish STAGERLABS frameworks without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Information you share during the audit or sprint is treated as confidential. Case studies published publicly are anonymized unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

STAGERLABS is not liable for business losses resulting from your existing workflows, third-party tool failures, or decisions made before or after engaging our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific sprint or audit in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
